  1. We as an independent contractor will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that we shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.
  2. We reserve the right to reject any agreement if on inspection by our service person, equipment is found in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to either party.
  3. No service will be rendered under the agreement if customer has a past due amount.
  4. The condition of HVAC systems will be reported at time of inspection, but does not imply any warranties to their performance in the future.
  5. Agreement will be automatically renewed by payment of invoice at the end of the contract term.
  6. Agreement is non-refundable and is valid only for the equipment at the address listed above.
  7. Agreement nay be transferred to new owner at equipment address or transferred to new location upon notifying customer service at 650-4477 within 30 days.
